New Lunchtime course starting in Stephens Green

A new kettlebellsireland lunchtime course is starting in Stephens Green on Monday September 13th. You will train twice per week, Monday's and Wednesday's  from 1pm - 1.30pm. The course will be suitable for beginners who are injury free. If you are interested in trying out kettlebell training on your lunchbreak, contact us to register for this course. The 6 class course will be run over 3 weeks and will train you in the basic hardstyle kettlebell movements. You don't have to be fit to sign up for this course, we will get you fit! You will notice a huge change to your body shape after the 6 class 3 week course, more toned, mobile and strong!

Monday and Thursday evening classes

Monday and Thursday evening classes in Guinness bicentenary centre, Watling street. The classes are from 7pm Mondays and 6.30pm Thursdays. The classes are suitable for all levels. Participants may sign up at anytime.  Contact us to register.

Monday and Thursday Morning classes

Train twice per week on Monday and Thursday at 9.15am. Venue to be decided soon. Contact for details.

What To Bring With You

Flat runners (Chuck Taylors) or equivalent, tracksuit bottoms or combat style trousers,  a few layers on top,  a waterproof bag for wet and dry gear,  a dry top or two,  a bottle of water and a couple of Banana’s or Apples etc.

Kettlebell workshops and classes

Come along and try the kettlebell workshops, where you will learn how to do the basic movements. If you like what you see, you can sign up for either the group classes, one to one or semi private classes. For group classes you sign up for 4-8 classes. For private or semi private, you sign up for 5-10 sessions. On site corporate training is also available.Our workshops/classes will generally be run outdoors. So bring a change of clothes. All people should have G.P. clearance and be free from injury before attending Kettlebell classes.

If you have a group or team interested in kettlebell training we are prepared to travel anywhere in Ireland and run a workshop or classes for you.

These workshops are ideal for womens groups, football, Hurling or Camogie teams. MMA or boxing clubs etc. the list is endless.

We will travel to your home (Dublin area) and train you there.
